Mianhuatang Adopted and on his way to Germany

After a very long wait, Mianhuatang (Cotton Candy) will be traveling to Germany via Paris, where her adoptive mother is going to meet her at the airport. This has been a long wait for this handsome little man. We are very grateful to flight volunteer Deborah for giving him a ride!

XiaoXiao (adopted)

UDPATE: XiaoXiao has been provided lifelong sanctuary by the amazing folks at Home For Life. We are so grateful to them!!! XiaoXiao has a spinal injury but still has limited use of his back legs. He can walk a few steps at a time on his back legs and is super friendly.

UPDATE: COOPER HAS BEEN ADOPTED! Cooper is a healthy female kitten, looking for a cat-experience family. She’s a tiny bit shy, but not feral, and has been making great progress with her foster mom. She’s almost completed her initial vaccinations, and is healthy and active. If we can’t find an adopter soon, we will need a new foster home asap. Five Dogs Start Their New Lives in Minnesota

Thanks to our wonderful partner rescue in Minnesota Secondhand Hounds, Snowball, Barney, Gumby, Brandy and Lili are going to have brand new lives in Minnesota. Barney and Brandy are dog meat trade rescues, Gumby and Snowball were rescued from quite dangerous situations, and Lili was rescued while protecting her buddy, Qiaoqiao, who’d been hit by a car. These five lucky pupsters will be available for adoption via Secondhand Hounds website, so please go there if you’re interesting in adopting them!

Dahuang has a new home in Illinois!

So grateful to Dahuang’s new mom and dad! She had a rough start in her life and had several minor but chronic medical problems (ears, teeth), but how she’s got an awesome new home. Again, thanks to PAAW and TOPS in Dog Training for making this possible!

Dove/Defu has a new home in Illinois

So grateful to Dove/Defu’s new parents and the wonderful team at PAAW for helping find her a forever home! Also, very grateful to the wonderful people at TOPS in Dog Training (thank you, Paula and Alex!) for providing her a place to foster while her adoptive home was found!
